Cosmo Julius Cosma is a supporting protagonist of The Fairly OddParents. Cosmo is a dimwitted fairy godparent, whose wife is Wanda, son is Poof, and godson is Timmy Turner. He has green hair and eyes, and his body is similar to Timmy's. Cosmo is an unusual but a very funny character.
