GTA Nerd Comic Productions is the fictional comic "company" ran by User:The GTA Nerd. In real life, the "GTA Nerd" part is substituted with his actual name.

Taking ideas from the universes of the Grand Theft Auto series, all of his major comic and storybook series are set within their own universes. Those universes, in turn, may have their own alternate dimensions/realities.

In some instances, characters can enter another universe/dimension with portals, thus creating crossovers with other series.

List of Universes[]

TAT is the only series of all universes to be mainly set in a parallel dimension; in this case, it is located within the MWEC universe, featuring some shared characters but in different situations.

Notable Locations[]

The United States of America serves as the primary setting for all projects in each universe, and the rest of the universe is presumed to exist with the exception of some fictional replacements; Sibling Rivalries has confirmed this, at least.

These fictional locations will be indicated by a ♠.

M-O, WALL-E, EVE, and Chiquita
  • Robot World ♠ (an ambiguous name used to refer to the initial setting of the series; throughout the series, due to its lack of continuity, characters were frequently stated to live in different parts of the U.S.)
The Adventure Team
This series doesn't explictly say where the characters are located, except dropping vague hints that they live in the southwestern United States.

  • Seattle, Washington (primary setting)

  • Circuit Board Island, California ♠ (primary setting)
    • Fun Fact: Robot World is one of the cities that appear in CBI. This is considered an alternate universe counterpart to the MWEC location.
  • Pacific Ocean island of unknown ownership
    • Dog Island ♠ (CC special Dog Island)

  • State of Wisconsin

  • The SR universe is also notable for featuring Canada as the primary location of some projects.

    • Providence of British Colombia
      • Vancouver (primary setting of Sibling Rivalries: Vancouver Vultures - also appears in several SR comics including returning as the primary setting of "Pack To The Past")
      • Victoria (Sibling Rivalries: Vancouver Vultures)
      • Countryside Village, British Colombia ♠ (Sibling Rivalries: Vancouver Vultures)
    • France

    Protagonists[]

Note: Although the individual series' have one primary protagonist, many stories/comics feature another character as the lead.

    M-O, WALL-E, EVE, and Chiquita
    Cletus Comics
    Carlos
    • Carlos Mechanical (Carlos)
    Sibling Rivalries (main franchise)
    Sibling Rivalries (shared universe)
    • Tilly Harris (Her Touchdown Tale)
    • Juliette Gustavo Lazo (Juliette Vs. Kelsey)
    • Brandon Logue (Strugglers In Arms)

    Differences between universes/realities[]

    M-O, WALL-E, EVE, and Chiquita
    • Robots appear to be the primary species
    • Most animals are anthromorphic, although some animals like Chiquita cannot talk for unknown reasons
    • Time-travel technology exists
    The Adventure Team
    • Humans are the primary species
    • All animals appear anthromorphic
    Cletus Comics
    • Robots are the primary species
    • Some dogs are anthromorphic, while others like Tetch 60's dog Diamond cannot talk for some reason
    • Inter-dimensional travel is possible; in fact, in most crossover specials, CC was the starting point with portals into other dimensions
    • Time-travel technology exists
    Carlos
    • Vehicles are the primary species
    • Only in a non-canon story about the future presents time-traveling technology
    • The presence of other animals in the regular continuity is actually unknown; one of the non-canon stories set in the future mention "flying squirrels actually flying around in tiny ships", but it remains unknown if animals that do exist are anthropomorphic
    Sibling Rivalries
    • This is the dimension that appears closest to real-life, with humans as the primary species and normal animals that aren't anthropomorphic
    • However, as seen in comics like "Dog Gone?", animals can communicate to each other through thought bubbles, akin to the Garfield comic strip
    • Due to staying more in line with reality, there is no technology offering inter-dimensional travel, time-travel, etc. However, these elements can appear in non-canon comics like "ApRiL fOoLs DaY: wIsCoNsIn StYlE 2 - sIbLiNgS aGaInSt ThE uNiVeRsE!" and "Meet The Robots!"

    Other Dimensions[]

Besides The Adventure Team being set in a parallel dimension within the universe of M-O, WALL-E, EVE, and Chiquita...

Cletus Comics and Sibling Rivalries present several dimensions within their individual universes, which include:

    Cletus Comics
    • A "second dimension" where Devil-Bot has more power over the world (based on the 2nd Dimension from Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Across The Second Dimension).
    • An "anti-world" where everybody has a counterpart that acts the complete opposite of them; Cletus is evil, Devil-Bot is nice, characters that are usually on good terms will fight more often, etc. (based on Anti-Fairy World from The Fairly OddParents).
    Sibling Rivalries

Due to appearing in the non-canon comic "ApRiL fOoLs DaY: wIsCoNsIn StYlE 2 - sIbLiNgS aGaInSt ThE uNiVeRsE!", the existence of these dimensions in the actual continuity is unknown.

    • The Upside-Down Backwards Dimension, where every inhabitant not only talks backwards (i.e. they will say "Hello, how are you?" as "?You are how, Hello"), but their bodies completely face backwards, which is forward for them.
    • The Sideways Dimension, where everybody exists with their torsos turned 90 degrees to the side.

    Trivia[]

    • Cletus, WALL-E, Chiquita, and Carlos are the only non-human protagonists.
    • Chiquita, Tilly Harris, and Juliette Gustavo Lazo are the only primary female protagonists.
    • The real-life pet dog of GTA Nerd, Chiquita, sadly passed away from old age on May 21, 2022. The last story written before her passing was SR comic "Black Bear".
    • Sibling Rivalries is confirmed to be timeless, meaning that although every comic is usually set around the same time as its release date (and years go by as normal), no characters ever age. In other series', characters may have aged slightly but don't undergo any drastic changes.
      • This would also affect the timelines of Her Touchdown Tale and Juliette Vs. Kelsey; they are both set in 2021 and 2022, respectively, but theoretically the characters would be the same ages they were in 2013 because this is the case for any SR universe character after that year.
    • Carlos is the least explored universe due to the short lifespan of its only series.
    • Carlos, Tilly Harris, Juliette Gustavo Lazo, and Brandon Logue are the only protagonists that have not canonically met another protagonist:
      • WALL-E is the owner of Chiquita in one parallel dimension, and another version of Chiquita is friends with Cletus
      • Patrick McReary and Jason Parker are friends through Patrick's brother Gerald
      • Hector Wilson is the later step-father of Patrick, and interacted with Jason in "Remember the Tyrant"
