Hey, Fan! As you might have read the title of this message, I do have a question to ask. Uh, do you know if there is there anyway to completely prevent anonymous users from editing pages, and only let registered users do so? You wouldn't believe how many times random people have ruined pages and/or inserted stupid crap in.
This happened about a week or so with my main user page. I don't have a whole lot, but some idiot put in some real inappropiate text in which I didn't discover until now. I undid their edits but now I want to see if I can stop this from happening with any other people without accounts.
Protect your page(s) since you're an admin afterall. Believe me, this happened to me years ago when I was new to Wikia. I don't know any other solutions sans contacting Wikia just to block these users from spamming the wiki.
Not much of a help, I know, but that's the only thing we can do... as for the current guidelines of Wikia staff.
How're things going with your articles? I so enjoy seeing your stuff and I feel it has both a really unique and very interesting quality to it. A psychological quality that is really interesting to see. Anyway, I hope things are going well with you and I encourage you to keep it up! You obviously have a very creative and unique mind - and I admire that uniqueness and creativity. Let it out and free any unique, artistic, weird and wonderful creations you come up with.
I hope you are feeling better after all that nonsense with your ex. Sometimes we are better off without certain people in our lives and they end up leaving us in order to bring us into a better place. Remember, it's their loss not yours. Keep doing what you do.
I've been revising my stories recently, mixing "Within" and "Tales of In-Between World" into a story exploring both celestial world beyond our understanding and psychological issues that our society needs to take seriously. As of now, I'm working with the first chapter "Celestial Colors" (formerly Thriving Colors) unfolding the true identity of one of my main character Eli Riashon as she explores the world beyond ours.
I'm planning to make this series a comic and publish it on Webtoon either this year or next year. It's so exciting to think about it :DD
I've made peace with myself as I face my emotions just last week. I'm much better now and I can finally look back without any resent or anger.
Also, thanks for the concern and encouragement, I really appreciate it ^^
Hi, um, heh heh, I have something I wanted to ask you. Two questions actually? First one is where do you go to edit your username color again? It is real complicated for me to figure out and that's why I got stuck with a lame gray color. I want it to be like a dark green or maybe blue, whatever is not already taken.
Also, how do you edit the message on top of your message wall? I figured it out last time and I forgot. I haven't been able to change mine for years and, well, it's seriously time to update it.
Aight, the text color, instead of the normal "dark green" as of example, is actually encoded as six digit numbers (e.g. #000000 which is equals to black). If you want the glowy text thing to compliment the color green, this site can help you. I don't know which colors would compliment dark green really (lol) but it's up to you, buddy.
Sure but I can't seem to access the internet properly right now so while I'm taking this opportunity to post before it goes off again, tell me the summary right here and maybe we'll talk about it (12) hours later.
The summary is that two children, Kent, a very enthusiastic kid with neglectful parents waiting to go on an adventure, and Zoey, a timid young girl that is the ying to Kent's yang and also his best friend, are enrolled into Child Rehabilitation Center led by a suspiciously cheery man named Vult Renigald Pram. They start to uncover a very dark mystery, and things really start to get bloody once Pram is called to court, and the Judge's murder is pinned on the witness. Meanwhile, the duo abondon the other kids sent to the center and uncover a few secrets about the Center.
I'm not sure if I should include the climax or not, because there's not a lot of realism here to ebgin with, but it gets really bizarre there.
-It started at Kent's house. The phone rang and Kent's Dad picked it up-
"Hello?" Kent's Dad said.
"Hello!" An oddly cheery voice replied from the other end. "I am Vult R. Prime, and I was wondering if you'd like to enroll your child in my Rehabilitation program?"
"Sign him right up. I'll do anything to get that slug off my back." Kent's Dad said with a grunt.
-The next morning, a bus colored lime-green arrived at Kent's house. The bus was filled with very rowdy children and Kent decided to sit next to a girl who looked very scared and was quiet. He gave the girl a friendly smile, but she just avoided eye contact. Once they arrived, Vult paid no attention to the abscence of other counselors and the children were treated to activities that were half-heartedly put together. At the end of the day, Vult made an announcement.-
"Everybody! At the end of each day, there will be a special student chosen to do a special activity! You, come up here and follow me into this room. You have been chosen for fun times!" Vult said as he picked a random kid from the audience and showed him to a room.
(I know it's not much, but it's the best I can do for now. I hope you liked and there's more on the way :3)
After a while, Vult came out of the room, but the child was nowhere to be seen.
"Hey wait a minute, what happened to What's-his-face?" Said one of the kids.
"Oh, he had such a good time, that he insisted on staying there overnight! Now, go to your beds!"
Vult led all the children to the bedrooms. There were bunk beds in all of the rooms, but nothing else.
"You may choose who to share your room with. Now have a good night's sleep!" Vult said as he left the room.
-The children quickly paired up into beds, most not caring who they got and fighting over the top bunk. After only a few minutes, Kent was the only one who wasn't in a bunk, luckily, the last room with an available bed had the top bunk free. In his haste to take it before the person below changed their mind, he didn't notice he was sharing a bunk with the girl from earlier.-
Meanwhile, back the room that was "so much fun", something very sinister is happening...
"Bleaugh! I thought those whiny brats would never shut up! Oh well, it's finally time to begin the REAL fun! Vult muttered as he took a mysterious bonesaw off of the wall.
-In the very back of the room, the kid from earlier was tied up with his hands and feet cuffed and his mouth covered in duct tape. It was set up like a classic hostage situation, except Pram was about to go one step further...-
-As Vult slowly approached the child, his expression got more manically sinister and blood eerily started forming on his clothes, even though nobody had been harmed yet.-
"You see these pesky stains?" Said Vult. "How would you like to join them?"
The rest of that night was told in screams that nobody heard...
-The next morning, Kent felt very refreshed. He got out of bed and and joined the slowly forming group outside. Nobody knew where Pram was. Just as the girl walked outside, Pram opened a door to what he told the kids was his office and met them with a suspiciously cheery smile. Kent, however, could've sworn he had seen blood stains on Pram's face and clothes for a second.-
"Hello, children! I trust you have all slept well! Now it is time to begin our second day of the program! Who is excited?!?"
-None of the kids were, as they were silent. One of them booed and another even spat on him. Meanwhile, Kent had just noticed a small weight on his shoulder as he glanced backwards to see the girl he sat next to earlier trying to hide behind him. She quickly scurried away, but Kent waved at her as if to say he didn't mind. The girl didn't come any closer to him, nor did she say a word, but her worried expression and posture softened.-
(Also, today I saw a web comic do a strip about Legend of Korra. It was about Mako trying to pick between Korra and Asami, so Bolin told him to make a list of their good qualities. For Korra, he put down "Funny" and "Is the Avatar" and for Asami, he wrote "Smells Good" and "Has a Car". It ended with him saying that he thinks their tied. This is too accurate.)
-So far, the day had gone normal and they were on the last activity, a simple bean bag toss. While everybody else was bored out of their skulls, Kent had that girl on his mind the whole day and had finally decided to try and talk to her. He slipped out of the line for the toss and scammed the line for her. When, he couldn't find her at first, he panicked and quickly looked around the room and found her about to open the door to Vult's office. He tackled her to the ground.-
"What are you doing!?!" Kent quietly scolded. "That's the manager's office! Everyone knows that the manager's office is a place where you don't come out of without a scratch!"
-At first, the girl looked surprised and then cross as she opened her mouth and finally spoke-
"So?" She said, very strictly.
-Kent was stunned for a moment and said nothing as the girl opened the door and went inside. Kent followed after, still not knowing what to say. The office was slightly more disturbing than your average office. The walls were painted grey and filled with diplomas from different medical schools and there was a large bookshelf in one of the corners. On his table was a laptop, a newton's cradle toy, a sharpener, miscellaneous documents, and a hand-made wooden block with knives in carefully carved slits in the box, each marked with their own number. One was missing, however. They weren't given much time to look however, as footsteps were heard.-
"Hello, children! I see you have taken interest in my office!" Vult said as he approached.
"Now we've done it!" Kent thought to himself.
Vult replied in a way he didn't expect.
"Would you like the grand tour?"
-Before Kent could say anything, the girl spoke up for him.-
"Vult, how do you explain these knives?"
"Ah! My knife collection! It is my pride and joy!" Vult exclaimed. "I collect exquisite and fancy knives from foreign countries. Unfortunately, I cannot find my Canadian knife. It is a shame really."
"And what about this bookcase?" Kent asked.
"Oh, I love to read, but please don't touch the red book on the second row."
-Kent quickly removed the book, but nothing happened.-
"Hah! I got you! There is nothing to hide! Pretty good, huh? Now, please, go back to your game."
-The girl let out a small chuckle as they both left the office. Once he was sure they were gone, Vult closed the door and went to his bookshelf. He pulled a green book that was right next to the red book he mentioned earlier and the case moved, revealing a secret chamber.-
"Ah, they're so naive." He said to himself.
-When he got to the bottom of his chamber, he gazed upon three cardboard boxes, each labeled "Batch" with a different number. Batches 1 and 2 were filled with skeletons and Batch 3 only had one, which was so fresh, the scent of blood was still in the air.-
"Stupid delinquents. The resources of this planet are wasted on them. I can sleep well at night that I am making the world a better place." He said to himself as he started to leave the chamber.
-Meanwhile, the bean bag toss just ended and the children had a free period. Kent decided to approach the girl"
"Excuse me?" He said and waiting until he got the girl's attention. "If you don't mind me asking, what's your name?"
-It is now the middle of the night of the second day.-
"Hey, Kent." Zoey whispered. "I can't sleep."
"Me neither. What's on your mind?" Kent replied.
"Vult. I don't trust him. I think he's going to do something... "bad" to us." Zoey explained, in a tone so quiet, it was almost high-pitched.
"Now now, Zoe, I know he's not the most normal of people but I don't think he'd-"
-Kent was interrupted by some sounds that sounded very painful. Zoey was now hiding under her covers, while Kent got out of his bed, slowly climbed down the ladder, and started slowly walking to Vult's office.-
"Kent, what are you-"
"Zoey, relax. I'm going to see what's going on so you won't be so stressed. If your fears are true, then we'll call the cops alright?" Kent said.
-Zoey only nodded. Kent went further to the room and the noises became louder.p and more distinguishable. He heard muffled screams, scraping, and...singing? He slowly opened the door and let out a small gasp as he saw a trail of blood and a few guts leading to the chamber behind the bookcase Vult had gone in earlier. He merely peeked down the stairs and immediatly ran right out of the room. He had caught Pram in the middle of scraping the muscles off of a skeleton while singing to himself. Zoey was still hiding under her sheets, so Kent shook her bed to let her know the worst case scenario had occurred.-
"Zoey! Wake up! We're calling the cops!"
-Zoey just hid further. Kent didn't have any time, so he practically dragged her outside of the building. He ran up to a telephone booth he remembered seeing when he first arrived at the center.-
"Heh, an endangered species." Zoey remarked. Even in a very dire situation, this made Kent chuckle.
-Once the cops picked up the call, Kent informed them of what he saw.-
-The next morning, the kids were getting ready for their third day when a knock at the front door was heard.-
"I'll get it!" Vult said enthusiastically as he burst out of his office door, again seeming blood-stained for half of a second to Kent, only this time, there was more blood than last time.
-When Vult opened the door, there were two police officers there. Both Kent and Zoey were thinking the exact same thing.-
"Oh, what a surprise! You are a bit early, though. Career day is tomorrow!" Vult said, in an unusually happy voice.
"We are here to take you to court under the charge of child murder." The left cop said.
"If you do not have an attorney, one will be appointed for you, do you understand?" The right cop added.
-Vult looked at them both for a moment as if he was stunned-
"Alright, if I shall go to court, then so be it. This will be a clean and fair trial, as I have nothing up my sleeves." Vult said.
-Zoey and Kent looked at each other in surprise.-
"You have a free day until I get back, children! Be good!" Vult said as he left for court with the police.
-Neither of the kids expected what had just happened, but now they had full reign of the area. While all the other kids started acting like monkeys, the two decided to take a look in Vult's office. Zoey looked through his documents while Kent went down into the chamber. In there, he found the three "Batches" from earlier, except Batch 3 now had a new skeleton in it. However, the saw Vult had used was mysteriously absent. He was at a loss for words, even though he already knew what was happening.-
"Kent! Kent!" Zoey yelled to get Kent's attention. "Look what I found!"
-Zoey showed Kent a newspaper basically saying that the exact location of where the center they were in that day stood, was originally a mall that was closed down for, you guessed it, incidents involving child murder.-
"I think things are starting to come together..." Kent said to himself as everything they had seen so far started to sink in.
(I honestly didn't think this part was as good at the first 3, but it does set up some nice plot points)
(This part is going to be very short since this week has been hectic. I hope you enjoy anyway)
-The setting was now in a courtroom, things were starting to get tense and the jury was mumbling amongst themselves. Vult's lawyer had just made a very good argument and the opposing counsel could say nothing. The judge slammed his gavel-
"ENOUGH!" Roared the impatient judge, "If the opposing counsel does not have an argument, then we shall have a five minute recess (yes, that's what they call it in court) to allow you to think of a statement. Court is temporarily dismissed."
-Everybody in the court wandered in seperate directions. The judge went to his secret quarters, sighed, and took some aspirin out of a medicine bottle. Right as he turned around, he was greeted with Vult and his unnaturally happy expression.-
"Are you going somewhere?" Vult cheerily asked the judge. Before he could respond, Vult pulled out his multi-purpose saw and answered his own question.
"Yeah, I didn't think so!"
-Quickly, Vult impaled right through the judge's ribcage and pulled out the saw, having the judge's still-beating bloody heart on its tip like a marshmallow to a stick. He quickly pulled the heart off, squeezed it as to remove its contents, threw away the heart's innards, and inserted a small, odd-looking knife into the Judge's spine. Vult could only quietly chuckle to himself as he saw the judge's lifeless body on the ground, the small liquid container in the saw sloshing with blood. He had just murdered the law.-
-When the people returned to court, everybody noticed the absence of the judge. The guards exclaimed that the judge had been brutally murdered and the opposing lawyer suggested they let the jury decide this case before moving on to who killed the judge. While the jury was talking, Pram, who was eerily devoid of any stain on his clothes now, interrupted.-
"Before you talk among yourselves, I would like to try and persuade you."
-The opposing lawyer tried to object, but there was no judge.-
"I have a heartbreaking piece of evidence to give you. As I was checking up on old Judge Theodore (that's his name) for the small game of Texas Hold 'Em we had agreed on, I saw him dead in his room, a knife in his back, but that was not all, for it seems that was only the starting blow! What did he do after you may ask? Well, I present to you, THIS!"
-Vult whipped out a small plastic bag contained the now-drained judge's heart. Everybody but him gasped.-
"As you can see, he then took his sweet time carving, making extremely sure not to get any blood on him, and when he struck the judge's heart, he drained it of its contents! Who is this mystery psychopath you ask? None other than OUR VERY WITNESS!"
-Everybody looked in awe at the unnamed witness. The guards left the room and after a bit of debate among the jury, the guards came back confirmed that the fingerprints were indeed the witness's. As the witness was carried off, yelling all sorts of nasty insult at Pram, all he could do was cheerily wave goodbye, and for a split second, the witness could've sworn that half of Vult's body was covered in deep red blood.-
-Earlier that day, Vult met with the witness who accused him of murder.-
"You are going down for good, my friend! Your reign of terror ends now!" The witness said, angrily.
"My good man, I do not know what would insert such thoughts into your head. Perhaps my peculiar hobby of collecting silverware! In fact, I have a knife on me right now to show you!" Vult replied, unusually calm.
-The knife Pram took out would be the one that Vult would use later to frame the poor witness.-
"Would you like to hold it?" Vult asked.
-The witness grumbled a bit, but took it anyway.-
"Hey, this is pretty neat." The witness commented before handing the knife back to Vult.
"Oh, you have no idea" Vult said back, with a hint of a sinister tone in his voice.
Here's the Penultimate part. It's basically just setting up the climax. Be warned that it has been severely shortened to the point where it rivals the first part.
-After a long few hours, many pieces of evidence, and waaay too many newspaper clippings, Zoey and Kent had finally made an accurate map of the building, and discovered that Pram had sealed off 90% of the rooms the previous malls had to make his slaughterhouse and the little carving room he had used to be for storage. However, most of the wings sealed were shops whose items would either be on no use, or no longer be useable. The only thing that stood out was a massive part of the building known as "The Fun Zone" that could be seen from the outside. Neither Kent or Zoey knew how to get in there or even where it was before, because Vult has a way of being very good at covering his tracks. Once they found the former entrance to the Fun Zone, Kent knocked on the wall to listen to where they needed to enter, and once they found the exact spot, Zoey kicked right through the part of the wall covering it. When they got in and turned the lights on. It was a huge place with many, many attractions such as slides, mini-roller coasters, and even ball pits!-
"It's like heaven on Earth!" Kent whispered to himself, overwhelmed with joy.
-However, at that moment they heard the door open and the sound of some familiar shoes.-
"Sounds like Hell just arrived." Zoey replied, nervously.
-All the two could hear was a few "Tsk"s before they heard Vult pull out his saw and starting yelling illegible things while violently maiming the children. The duo decided to turn the lights off and hide. Unfortunately, Pram saw the hole in the wall and knew somebody had found it, and there were only two troublemakers which he hadn't killed yet...-
"Come on out, Children!" Vult said as he entered the room. There is something I must show you. I won't hurt you (yet)..."
"If he wants us, he'll have to find us" Kent thought. Almost immediately after he thought that, Vult grabbed Kent out of his hiding spot with Zoey in his other hand. He threw them both on the ground and pulled out his saw.
"I am something very special to show you two (tone suddenly becomes very harsh) buggers...."
