Rinne Sonogami is a character that will appear in the fanfic, Date A Live: Inverse Overload, written and created by Vince.

Rinne is the game exclusive character that appears in the visual novel game, Date A Live: Rinne Utopia as well as the novel version of the game, where she later becomes the antagonist much later on in the game. She appears again in the third game, Date A Live Twin Edition: Rio Reincarnation, with the game featuring her and Rio Sonogami.

She is a Spirit that was created through the a large amount of spirit energy that suddenly formed a consciousness of its own, thus resulting in Rinne's creation.

• According to the 4-koma comic of Ars Install, Rinne is the type of girl that Shido likes. This can be later backed up during the events of Rio Reincarnation, where at the start of the game, Shido wishes to see Rinne again after managing to remember what happened during the events of Rinne Utopia.
