The Curse of the Milderbeast is the seventh comic in Season 1 of Sibling Rivalries, and is the 7th comic overall.
Plot
During a night where the McRearys go camping, Francis asks if anybody wants to tell a campfire story. Angel Chacon goes ahead, and tells a story about The Milderbeast, a ferocious creature that eats anything it sees. Kate does not believe that Angel's story is real, but when she runs into the beast in person, she stands corrected.

- This marks the first appearance of Tony Gonzales, who was pretending to be The Milderbeast Kate sees. This comic also marks the first mention of Giovanni Ancelotti, who becomes an unseen enemy of the McRearys.
- This is the first comic to take place from the point of view of someone other than Packie for the majority of the comic, in this case it is Kate.
- Joel and Jose Gonzales make cameo appearances in this comic.
- The word "milderbeast" was just something stupid that young GTA Nerd came up with while preparing the comic, which sounds similar to "wilderbeest".
- The Milderbeast would not appear again for many years until "Francis's Hat" in Season 6 as a small statue from Packie's drawer, and "Cabin Buddies" where Joel references this comic and sets up a fake milderbeast in the forest to scare the McRearys.
